What we collect

Only what you choose to send us when you email us or use the enquiry form: your name, email address, any phone number or address you include, and the details of your enquiry (for example the model, finish or item you ask about).

How the enquiry form works

The form does not send data to our website. It opens a pre-filled email in your own email app, which you review and send yourself. We receive it only if you send it.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, process your order and any warranty or returns matter. This is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform a contract, and for our legitimate interest in running our business. We keep records we are legally required to keep, such as accounting records.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with providers needed to deliver your order (such as couriers, and payment and email providers) and where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Order records are kept for as long as accounting and warranty needs require.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and video are served from this site.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to our use of it, or to receive a copy. Email us to do so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
